Sessions....

 

Sessions are approximately 50 minutes long and held weekly or fortnightly (depending on what we agree to be the most appropriate for you).

We will arrange an initial session which will give us the opportunity to meet face to face and discuss some of the areas you would like to explore.  I will ask you questions about what has brought you to therapy at this time, what you are hoping to gain and whether you have attended therapy or counselling before.  This will also give us the opportunity to see whether I am the most appropriate person to meet your therapeutic needs and plan a way forward.

I work part time from therapy rooms in Exeter, Devon. I also offer online sessions.

I offer daytime appointments.  Please contact me to check availability.

Fees....

 

Fees are from £75 - £110 per session.

​

Fees are payable by bank transfer prior to the session. 

​

Sessions through your insurance company will be charged at a higher rate due to the type of clinical assessment required and the increased admin and invoicing time involved in the process.
